Position: Teaching Assistant - Autism Unit in Primary school

Location: Enfield Borough, London

Number of Children: 8-12

Contract Type: Full-time Temporary

Contract Duration: As soon as possible Start until July 2025

Working Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm (Term Time Only)

Provide individualised support and guidance to students within the Autism Unit.

Assist students in developing social, communication, and behavioural skills.

Work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to each child's development.

Contribute to a cooperative team environment and participate in training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Relevant experience working with children with autism is highly desirable.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Teaching and Learning Support or equivalent qualification.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
