The Role:- Position: Early Years Practitioner.
- Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience and qualifications.
- Start Date: Immediate.
- Location: Enfield, North London.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support young children in their early development, helping them build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
Responsibilities:- Assist the class teacher in delivering a high-quality Early Years curriculum.
- Provide 1:1 and group support to children, tailoring activities to individual needs.
- Encourage social, emotional, and academic development through creative and engaging activities.
- Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with the teacher and parents.
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is required.
- Prior experience in an Early Years setting, ideally in a school or nursery.
- Excellent communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach.
- A proactive, creative, and positive attitude to supporting young learners.
- A passion for early childhood development and education.
