The Role:
  • Position: Early Years Practitioner.
  • Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience and qualifications.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support young children in their early development, helping them build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the class teacher in delivering a high-quality Early Years curriculum.
  • Provide 1:1 and group support to children, tailoring activities to individual needs.
  • Encourage social, emotional, and academic development through creative and engaging activities.
  • Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with the teacher and parents.
What We're Looking For:
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is required.
  • Prior experience in an Early Years setting, ideally in a school or nursery.
  • Excellent communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach.
  • A proactive, creative, and positive attitude to supporting young learners.
