Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking for a fulfilling role in a well-established nursery? Reeson Education is excited to offer an opportunity to work full-time, 40 hours per week in day nurseries across Enfield, helping young children develop essential skills through play and learning.

This is a permanent position for a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is committed to providing the highest standard of care and education for children aged 0-5 years.

The Role:

Position: Early Years Practitioner.
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Location: Day nurseries in Enfield, North London.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting children's early learning, helping them build confidence, curiosity, and essential life skills in a nurturing, inclusive setting.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality early years education, following the EYFS framework.
Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through structured and free play activities.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them updated on their child's progress.
Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with the nursery team to ensure a fun and engaging atmosphere for all children.

What We're Looking For:

A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent).
Experience working with children aged 0-5 years in a nursery setting.
A warm, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young children.
Good understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures.
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
