Halcyon HSC are working exclusively with an independently run care provider that specialises in support for adults learning disabilities and complex needs seeking a Registered manager.

The service is small independent home that looks after adults with Learning disabilities, they are incredibly passionate about providing a person centred approach and ensuring the service is a home to the residents first and foremost. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Deputy looking for a step up to hold their first registration or indeed an experienced Registered manager who would like a small service, with complete autonomy on how the home is run.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the care home.
- Ensure high standards of care are maintained.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and development.
- Liaise with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met.
- Work closely with the directors to grow and develop the business.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a Learning disability setting.
- A relevant qualification in health and social care (NVQ Level 5 or equivalent).
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and standards. (Rating is currently "Good" with CQC)
- A passion for providing high-quality care.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary starting at £40,000 up to £45,000 depending on experience.
