We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator to join this very well-established company in the local area.

This role involves both office and field work, covering areas within the M25.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and expanding the company client base, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.

Day-to-day of the role

  • Maintain and update the sales database regularly to ensure all data is accurate.
  • Follow up on all contacts as required, ensuring timely communication and engagement.
  • Check and approve all required documentation before issue to uphold company standards.
  • Conduct site meetings with prospective clients to assess needs and showcase services.
  • Prepare, complete, and submit detailed quotations for potential clients.
  • Actively follow up on submitted proposals to close deals with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management who will provide full support to facilitate your success.
  • Report directly to the director, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Required Skills 

  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or similar role is essential, preferably in the cleaning, education, or medical sectors.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the geographic area inside the M25.
  • Motivated by targets and driven to exceed them.
