Salary £25,000 + £5,000 Commission

• Chasing Customers, Solicitors, and Mortgage Brokers to ensure times scales are met with regards to legal exchanges and completions

• Legally progressing Plot Sales, Freehold Sales and Commercial Sales

• Chasing and updating Housing Association schedules ensuring monies are received

• Producing weekly and monthly reports to Board Directors using Word, Excel and the in house system

• Liaising with different departments to answer enquiries and obtain documents Plot Sales/Commercial Sales

• Checking and ensuring the Reservation paperwork is complete and accurate

• Confirming the reservation with the client over the phone

• Ensuring legal exchanges and completions takes place on time

• Answering enquiries raised by purchasers or the Solicitor Freehold Sales

• Contacting Freehold investors and liaising with them regarding Freehold Sales

• Liaising with the Buyers and Solicitors regarding Terms and Conditions and enquiries raised

• Ensure legal exchange and completion take place on time

• Update the Freehold Portfolio Administration

• Data Entry on the In House system

• Writing letters to clients, reservation, exchange, notice, and completion letters

• Updating reports and schedules for Housing Association, Exchanges, Completions, Freehold Sales, Commercial Sales

• Writing CML’s
