Our Client are currently looking for aSmall Works and Maintenance Plannerto join their highly valued team on a full-time basis.

They are currently entering another period of growth and are looking to expand their team to keep up with high customer demand.

This is an exciting time for the company and the right candidate for the role will need to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and personable with the drive to hit the floor running in order to take full advantage of the opportunities available to them.

You will be part of a strong team who all understand the importance of working together to ensure a high level of service is delivered. You will be given support, training and a realistic workload to help ensure you achieve job satisfaction.

Small Works and Maintenance Planner Role and Responsibilities:

  • To lead a team of operatives and allocate work on a daily basis to each operative.
  • Gather and organise pre-start information ahead of work commencing, ensuring operatives can carry out tasks efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Prioritise and reschedule work as necessary to meet client requirements and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure operatives’ booking sheets and time sheets are completed accurately, correctly, and promptly, while rescheduling any incomplete work as needed.
  • Support your line manager in compiling final account information for each project.

Small Works and Maintenance Planner Skills and Experience:

  • Must be IT literate
  • Knowledge of Schedules of rates (SORs) to assist with final accounting
  • Trade background would be an advantage
  • Experience within a similar role
