Application Support Analyst
Location: Enfield
Role Overview:
We're seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our growing technology team. Reporting to the Application Team Lead, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional application support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for enterprise ERP systems
- Own and resolve technical queries through systematic investigation and diagnosis
- Configure, optimize, and develop Microsoft Business Central
- Apply business and process knowledge to understand and resolve complex issues
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience supporting and configuring ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems (AX, Nav, BC, 365)
- Proficiency with SharePoint, Azure, and Office 365/MS Dynamics
- Experience with BC/Business Central
- Outstanding communication skills and stakeholder management ability
