Our client is a 4 partner Accountancy firm based in Enfield who is seeking an experienced and confident Tax Accountant to take control of the day-to-day Tax portfolio work. The role offers 55,000, clear routes of progression and other benefits.
The successful Tax Portfolio Manager will be responsible for a number of clients, which vary in size and complexity, carrying out statutory accounts, reviewing financial statements and dealing with queries in a very client facing role.
The ideal Tax Senior will have a good deal of experience within practice, up to date tax knowledge and ATT, CTA and QBE qualified Accountants will be considered
Tax Senior Job Overview
- Preparing tax returns for individuals, sole traders and partnerships
- Providing a full and personal tax compliance service as required by the circumstances of each client
- Preparing tax computations for income tax and corporation tax purposes
- Calculating client tax liabilities
- Preparing letters to clients that accompany their tax returns
- Dealing with correspondence from HM Revenue & Customs
Tax Senior Job Requirements
- 3+ Years' experience working in an Accountancy Practice
- ACCA/ATT/CTA qualified or QBE
- Good working knowledge of cloud software
- Experience handling a portfolio
Tax Senior Salary & Benefits
- 45,000 - 55,000 per annum
