- Residential Property Solicitor (3+ years' PQE)
The successful applicant will work closely alongside 2 highly experienced partners on a varied caseload to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.

Requirements
- 3+ years' PQE gained from a reputable firm
- Experience managing your own caseload of sales and purchases
- Commercial Property Solicitor (3+ years' PQE)
Due to growth, the firm are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor in the 3+ PQE range; the role will entail a range of commercial matters including:
- Buying and selling commercial property portfolios
- Commercial finance, re-mortgages and funding
- Town planning issues
- Leases and subleases
- Estates and developments
Requirements
- 3+ years' PQE gained from a reputable firm
- Experience managing varied commercial property matters
