Our clients based in Enfield are a friendly, expanding and highly regarded law firm. They are actively looking for an experienced Property Solicitor to join their successful firm. Primarily, in Residential Property you will have the ability to manage your own caseload and all aspects of sales and purchases, along with providing you administrative support.
Duties include:-
- Undertaking and fully managing a caseload of sales and purchases of freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, and right to buy and Deeds of Variation
- Creating and maintaining lasting relationships with clients and third parties at all levels
- A thorough and detailed approach to work
You will have:-
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- The ability to work with the team in an approachable manner
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
Salary is very completive plus an excellent bonus structure

Office hours are 09:00am-5:00pm and you will be based in our Enfield Office. It is essential to be flexible and prepared to work beyond the normal office hours when workflow demands.
