We are seeking a Fleet Service Advisor to join a local authority in Enfield. This role involves working closely with the Fleet Operations Manager and Workshop Supervisor to ensure high-quality fleet repairs and maintenance for the Council’s vehicle fleet and equipment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Liaise with internal customers to arrange Service Level Agreement meetings, setting and monitoring service provision and standards.
  • Act as the first point of contact for workshop suppliers’ queries and service queries to the fleet department and workshops.
  • Ensure all Council vehicle and equipment assets are recorded correctly in the vehicle and equipment database.
  • Complete all scheduling for vehicles, ride-on equipment, and all parks equipment, ensuring internal customers receive timely notification of inspection, service, and MOT appointments.
  • Liaise with external service providers to ensure MOTs are booked to align with MOT/service bookings in the fleet workshop.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in fleet service management or a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and scheduling skills.
  • Excellent communication and liaison abilities, capable of managing internal and external relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in using vehicle and equipment databases.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
