We are looking for a talented and experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team.

Key information:

  • 22.5 hours per week
  • 3 days per week – Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
  • £15,000 per annum for the 3 days
  • Flexible working hours
  • Start date: 4th November 
  • FTC until 12th January 2025

Purpose:

Based in our London office, the Logistics & Distribution Assistant will support the business with a variety of tasks and ad-hoc duties as required. You will support the Logistics & Distribution Manager with deliveries, returns, and post alongside helping to maintain a functional workspace for the rest of the office team and support with additional duties or projects during our busiest time of year.  

Logistics

  • Supporting with peak trade deliveries, returns and repairs from stores and wholesale partners
  • Receiving stock, booking into their destination, preparing and shipping
  • Preparing proforma invoices and repairs forms 
  • Assist with managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Assisting with all other shipments throughout THOMAS SABO businesses networks as and when required (e.g. for events)
  • Ensuring a quick and seamless booking in and out of products and meet deadlines for shipments/courier collections 

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Proficient using Excel
  • Experience in a similar role preferable
  • Can-do attitude
  • Willingness to be flexible with carrying out a variety of tasks
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Able to carry out physical work such as lifting, packing and distributing boxes/parcels regularly
