We are recruiting for a Customer Service Clerk for a freight forwarding and international courier company based in South East London.
The ideal candidate should be bright, confident, and eager to progress within the company.
Daily duties include taking client bookings, assisting with queries, processing shipments, and tracking deliveries.
The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role and offers a salary of £25,000 per annum.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Daily Duties will include:

Taking clients bookings via online / telephone and emails
Assisting with queries
Assist with Receiving and processing the shipment
Chasing POD's
Tracking and monitoring shipments
Creating daily reports
General AdminWorking Monday to Friday 9.00am-18.00pm
