Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee systems and databases, ensuring accurate and compliant data handling.
  • Facilitate audit preparation, monitor regulatory updates, and help maintain CQC compliance.
  • Collect and analyse KPIs to measure performance and inform action plans.
  • Organise, update, and communicate policies to ensure alignment with current standards.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, event logistics, and cross-departmental coordination.

About You:
  • Proven track record in administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or social care.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, organisational, and communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new systems.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver with a passion for supporting high-quality care delivery.
