Marine Radar Assembly Technician - Advancing Naval Navigation Technology

Position Overview: The successful candidate will be responsible for the assembly, testing, and rework of high-complexity electromechanical products that are integral to our marine radar navigation range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test electromechanical equipment to exacting quality standards
- Interpret and follow detailed technical documentation, including schematics and procedures
- Perform precision tasks such as soldering, wiring, crimping, and PCB rework
- Conduct self-inspections and participate in peer reviews
- Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures
- Engage in proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
- Proficiency in numerical and written communication
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
