Operations Administrator

Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a care business based near Enfield, who are looking for an organised Operations Administrator to join a growing business.

Duties:

  • Oversee the use of the organisation’s rota-management system, ensuring that it is used effectively to streamline the rota creation and management process. This includes training staff on how to use the system and troubleshooting any issues that arise
  • Generate detailed reports from the rota-management system to monitor staff utilisation, identify patterns or issues, and support decision-making in workforce planning
  • Take full responsibility for the ongoing management of staff rotas, ensuring that they are kept up to date and reflect any changes in staff availability, absences, or service needs. This includes making real-time adjustments as necessary to respond to unplanned absences or shifts in service demand
  • Additional ad-hoc duties throughout the business
  • To prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and track action points for critical meetings such as Managers Meetings, Budget Meetings, LMC Meetings, and Best Practice Meetings, ensuring follow-up and accountability.
  • To assist with the preparation and distribution of the organisation’s monthly newsletter, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with organisational updates and goals.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience being well-organised
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience dealing with diarys/rotas

Salary + additional information:

  • £26,000 - £30,000 (pro-rata)
  • Reduced hours - 25 hours per week
