LTS are currently looking for a committed and experienced Cover Supervisor to start immediately in one of our client schools in the EN3 area of Enfield, North London.

You will be working in a mainstream Primary School teaching pupils from Reception to Year 6 throughout the week.

The work will be prepared for you by the Senior Leadership Team; you will just be required to deliver the lessons effectively and ensure the pupils progress.

The role is full time, Monday to Friday, from 8.30am until 3.30pm each day.

You will be paid daily, between £110 and £120 a day, on a weekly basis and you will be expected to follow the local school term dates, avoiding taking holiday in term time to enable you to build a good relationship with the pupils.

The ideal candidate would be expected to:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to ensure smooth and continuous learning
  • Supervise students and maintain classroom discipline according to school policies
  • Assist SEN students with their learning and provide the necessary support
  • Build positive relationships with the students to foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere
  • Lead and assist the Teaching Assistant/s in the classroom
  • Communicate effectively with other teaching staff and the senior leadership team to maintain consistency in student learning and behaviour

Experience teaching and/or leading primary classes is essential for this role.
