We are currently seeking a Finance Assistant for an ongoing temporary position. This role is office-based, supporting a small team, and offers full-time hours with training provided. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of Excel and experience with general finance tasks. On-site parking is available.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist with reconciling accounts and allocating payments.
  • Provide support to a team of two finance professionals.
  • Raise invoices as required.
  • Perform general administrative duties including sending emails, managing timesheets, and handling phone calls.
  • Use financial software for daily tasks (experience with Xero is advantageous).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Good knowledge of Excel.
  • Experience with reconciling and payment allocation.
  • Ability to support a team with various finance-related tasks.
  • Capable of raising invoices and handling general administrative duties.
  • Use of Xero is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
