Milk Education is seeking an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support primary schools in Enfield, London. If you have a Level 3 qualification in Education and a passion for supporting children's learning, we'd love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support to students across various subjects.
- Assist in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons in partnership with teachers.
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students, ensuring inclusion for all learners.
- Help track student progress and support their development.
- Assist with classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Build relationships with students, parents, and staff to encourage student growth.
Ideal Candidate:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive and supportive approach to teaching and learning.
- Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
