  • Has prior experience of supporting SEN pupils particularly those with SEMH
  • Holds a relevant degree and prepared to be trained as a Teacher when the time comes
  • Prior experience of working with young pupils in any capacity (desirable)
  • Can tailor learning to meet individual learning needs
  • Works well within a team sharing best practices
  • Engaging, energetic and accountable
  • Has a DBS registered on the Update Service or be willing to undergo a new check
