Job overview: We are looking for compassionate, dedicated and enthusiastic Childrens Domiciliary Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves providing personal, social and emotional care to children and young people, promoting their overall well - being.

Key Responsibilities: 路 Provide high quality, person centred care to children with a range of needs, including physical disabilities, learning difficulties, autism, and complex medical conditions. 路 Assist with personal care, medication administration, feeding, and mobility support where required. 路 Support children with social activities, education and community participation to enhance their independence 路 Work closely with families, healthcare professionals and multi disciplinary teams to deliver tailored care plans 路 Follow safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the safety and welfare of the children in your care 路 Maintain accurate records and reports in line with CQC regulations and company policies

Requirements: 路 Experience in Domiciliary Care, Childrens Support work, or a similar role 路 A level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent. If not must be willing to work towards one 路 Understanding of Child Safeguarding and the ability to implement safeguarding practices 路 Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach 路 Must have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS that is registered on the update service or must be willing to process one with us 路 Must have a minimum of 6 months UK experience
