Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and community-focused Youth Election Coordinator to lead and execute the Enfield Youth Election process. This role is crucial in engaging and empowering young people within the Enfield community, encouraging them to participate in the election, express their views, and develop their leadership potential. The Youth Election Coordinator will promote the elections, recruit candidates, and guide them in building effective campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the full Enfield Youth Election process, ensuring a fair, inclusive, and engaging election experience.

Logistics and Coordination:

Organize and manage the logistics for workshops, meetings, and election events.

Ensure resources, venues, and materials are available and prepared for all candidate events.

Education and Experience:
