The primary school in Enfield is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their Autism unit starting in January.
The role involves working alongside another adult to support a group of six children, with all planning and assessments managed by the SENDCo.
Candidates must have previous experience working with children, particularly in SEN, and possess up-to-date safeguarding training.
This is a full-time position with hours from 8:15 am to 4:00 pm, and candidates must have the right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS certificate.

SEN Learning Support Assistant |Enfield| Primary School Setting | January start

We are currently working with a fantastic primary school based in Enfield who are looking for an enthusiastic SEN professional to join their Autism unit working together with another adult to lead a group of 6 children. All planning and assessments are carried out by the SENDCo. You would be delivering sessions within a small group.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

- A level of understanding about childcare within a primary school setting - Essential

- Previous experience working with children - Essential

- SEN experience - Essential

- Hold Right To Work in the UK

- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered on the online update service (or be willing to process a new application)
