Working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 42.5 hours per week, with the role being temp to perm.

Fraser Edwards are currently working directly with a Property Maintenance Company to recruit Plumber/ Multi Trade Operative - undertaking works within social housing properties.

The Role:

This role will be on a repairs and maintenance contract, completing works in occupied and void properties.

Duties:

Plumbing
Basic Carpentry
Kitchen and Bathroom Refurbishment Works
Minor Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
Patch Plastering
Snagging Works
Logging works via PDA
Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

Candidate Requirements

Full UK Drivers Licence
Core trade qualification is desirable but not essential
