Are you an enthusiastic and skilled IT professional looking to make an impact? Service Care is partnering with Enfield Council to find a dedicated End User Deployment Engineer to join their End User Computing team. Role Overview:As an End User Deployment Engineer, you will be a key player in supporting Enfield Council's IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and managing all laptops, tablets, desktops, and peripherals using tools such as Active Directory, Intune Autopilot, and SCCM.
  • Resolving operational issues and fulfilling service requests related to end user incidents within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Handling warranty repairs, new starter deployments, Windows 11 device rollouts, build management, and providing remote and deskside support across all Enfield Council sites and libraries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering day-to-day IT support for End User Computing, ensuring effective and timely resolution of incidents and requests.
  • Performing troubleshooting, support, and administration of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and other relevant tools and platforms.
  • Managing IT equipment and components, including peripherals, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices across various operating systems (Windows 10/11, iOS, and Android).
  • Adhering to service level agreements and utilising ticket handling tools such as Service Now.
  • Providing excellent customer service with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrating adaptability and empathy in both remote and face-to-face interactions.
  • Traveling across the borough to support various sites, requiring a full manual driver's license.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 12 months experience in delivering IT support within an End User Computing or IT Support team.
  2. Technical proficiency with IT equipment and components, including peripherals, laptops, tablets, and mobile devices across multiple platforms.
  3. Experience in troubleshooting and administering Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Intune Autopilot, and SCCM.
  4. Proven ability to work with service level agreements and ticket handling systems such as Service Now.
  5. Strong customer service skills with effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Full Manual Driver's License for supporting various LBE sites across the borough.
  7. Desirable: Experience in a local government environment.
  8. ITIL Foundation or equivalent certification is advantageous.
