  • HR advisory services.
  • Employment tribunal litigation.

  • Supporting transactions across sectors, including international projects and global HR work.
  • Providing advice on day-to-day employment law issues for a range of clients.
  • Representing clients in employment tribunal claims.
  • Advising on TUPE, outsourcing, restructuring, and redundancies.
  • Drafting contracts, policies, and staff handbooks.
  • Delivering client training and seminars.
  • Engaging in business development and raising the firm’s external profile.
What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have experience in:
  • Employment tribunal claims and employee relations matters such as grievances and disciplinaries.
  • TUPE, outsourcing, and redundancy processes.
  • Employment support work, including due diligence reports and drafting warranties/indemnities.
  • Legal research on employment law issues.
  • Business development and client training.
