The RoleAs an Associate in the Employment and Labour team, you’ll work on a fascinating mix of matters, including:

HR advisory services.
Employment tribunal litigation.
M&A and outsourcing transactions.

Supporting transactions across sectors, including international projects and global HR work.
Providing advice on day-to-day employment law issues for a range of clients.
Representing clients in employment tribunal claims.
Advising on TUPE, outsourcing, restructuring, and redundancies.
Drafting contracts, policies, and staff handbooks.
Delivering client training and seminars.
Engaging in business development and raising the firm’s external profile.

What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have experience in:

Employment tribunal claims and employee relations matters such as grievances and disciplinaries.
TUPE, outsourcing, and redundancy processes.
Employment support work, including due diligence reports and drafting warranties/indemnities.
Legal research on employment law issues.
Business development and client training.
