Job Opportunity: Call Centre Operator / Account Manager
Location: Harlow
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 basic salaryHours: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm (occasional weekends, with two days off during the week)

Our client, a leading supplier of quality used vans and servicing support since 2003, is looking for a dynamic Call Centre Operator / Account Manager to join their team in Harlow. This is an exciting opportunity to work within their beautiful showroom and help generate leads over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads via telephone
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Market and promote services to businesses in the Construction and Maintenance industry
- Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide advice on vehicle financing options
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, car sales, recruitment, or account management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to close deals confidently
- Knowledge of vehicle financing is a plus
- Full UK driving license is required
