A Multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy are searching for an ambitious CDM Consultant to take on more responsibility. They are one of the industry leaders for nurturing & developing employees. This will allow an individual who has limited CDM experience to work on detailed projects and be shown the ropes of the client facing role. The office has an exciting atmosphere with a mix of all ages and they allow you to work from any of their multiple offices within the Southeast.

The CDM Consultant Role

As a CDM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the PD as well as acting as PD. There will be a team of CDM Advisors & Architects to support your work. This is a client facing role focused on technical delivery and client satisfaction.

The Successful CDM Consultant Will Have:

  • NEBOSH Construction (required)
  • Tech IOSH (minimum)
  • APS membership (preferred)
  • Experience: At least 1 years of experience in a CDM role.
  • Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
