Property Litigation Solicitor required for our dynamic and well-established Epping based litigation law specialist client. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional property litigation solicitor looking for their next challenge where you will have the flexibility of hybrid working and no paperwork as everything in this firm is digital. This Property Litigation Solicitor role is ideal for a professional with substantial post-qualification experience (PQE), a proven track record in litigation, and a focus on delivering exceptional client service.

The Role• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial and property disputes, including contractual disputes, leasehold issues, landlord and tenant matters, and boundary disputes.• Provide strategic advice to clients, ensuring their legal and commercial objectives are met effectively.• Represent clients in courts, tribunals, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes.• Draft and negotiate complex legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.• Actively engage in business development activities to grow the firm's client base and enhance its market presence.• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.• Stay updated on changes in English law, CPR and regulations impacting commercial and property litigation• Hybrid working 2- 3 days per week in office and/or 2-3 days from home

The Person• Must be a qualified solicitor in England and Wales• Essential to possess at least 10 years PQE in litigation • Strong expertise in commercial and property litigation with a thorough understanding of English law.• Proven ability to manage complex cases with minimal supervision.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.• A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering practical and effective solutions.• Business development experience, including identifying opportunities and networking to attract new clients.• A client following is highly desirable but not essential.• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload under pressure
