Regen Solution are currently looking for an Skilled Labourer to carry out maintenance works In the Social Housing sector.
The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in void properties in the Epping Forest Council area.
This is a temp-perm position with a tipper truck provided immediately.
Main duties for a Skilled Labourer include:
- Cleaning void properties
- Emptying out any rubbish
- Disposing of any litter
- Getting the properties in a good condition before new tenants move in Requirements for a Skilled Labourer are:

• Full UK driving licence
• Experienced Skilled Labourer
