Our primary schools in Epping are seeking a dedicated individual for the 1:1 SEN Support position, starting immediately. As a 1:1 SEN Support assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing tailored assistance to pupils, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to pupils with special educational needs, facilitating their access to the curriculum.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and deliver individualised learning activities.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar 1:1 SEN Support role is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of various special educational needs and effective support strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
