We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our primary schools in Epping as an LSA Support - Behaviour Challenges (ADHD), starting immediately. As an LSA Support - Behaviour Challenges (ADHD), you will play a crucial role in assisting students with ADHD, helping them navigate their educational journey and achieve their full potential. The position requires a strong understanding of ADHD and effective strategies to support students facing behavioural challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support to students with ADHD, facilitating their engagement and participation in classroom activities.

Collaborate with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials to meet the specific needs of each student.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional development.

Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
