We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our primary schools in Epping as an LSA Support - Behaviour Challenges (ADHD), starting immediately. As an LSA Support - Behaviour Challenges (ADHD), you will play a crucial role in assisting students with ADHD, helping them navigate their educational journey and achieve their full potential. The position requires a strong understanding of ADHD and effective strategies to support students facing behavioural challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with ADHD, facilitating their engagement and participation in classroom activities.

  • Collaborate with teachers to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapt learning materials to meet the specific needs of each student.

  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional development.

  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents as necessary.
