A dynamic and forward-thinking Quantity Surveying consultancy with offices nationwide is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Epping team.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

This is a standout opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor keen to take on a leading role within a collaborative and ambitious consultancy. Working across an exciting portfolio-including Culture & Heritage, Residential, Life Sciences, Education, Hotels, Retail, and Sport-the Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage projects from day one, acting in both a Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent capacity.

Based in the Epping office 2-3 days per week (with the remainder from home), the Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the leadership team, delivering projects, mentoring junior staff, and playing a key part in client relationships and regional growth.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • RICS Accredited degree qualification (ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying)
  • MRICS or currently working towards
  • Excellent pre and post contract knowledge
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience with a UK Consultancy
  • Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion
