Specific skills and experience should be brought to the role to meet the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers</li><li>Handle multiple clients simultaneously, often under tight deadlines</li><li>Conduct site surveys and meetings with clients</li><li>Prepare and submit quotations and reports</li><li>Identify opportunities for growth with existing clients</li><li>Explore and pursue new business opportunities and sales</li><li>Communicate client needs and expectations within the company</li><li>Manage client projects, ensuring alignment with both client and company goals</li><li>Work closely with the sales team to approach potential clients</li><li>Collaborate with the operations team to manage planned work from initiation to completion</li><li>Participate in a telephone rota to provide technical advice to in-house engineers, currently every six weeks</li></ul>Core Requirements and Skills:<ul><li>Proven background in drainage, plumbing, construction, or a similar field. A passion for buildings or mechanical systems is advantageous</li><li>General educational qualifications with proficiency in IT for composing professional emails and reports. Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is helpful</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently</li><li>A full driving license is mandatory due to site visits</li><li>Excellent communication skills and telephone manner</li><li>Professional appearance and punctuality are essential</li></ul>Reporting to: Operations Director Location: Essex, CM5 Salary: <ul><li>£40,000 basic</li><li>OTE £70,000+</li><li>Commission on sales</li><li>Small company van with surveying equipment provided</li></ul>
