Behaviour and Learning Mentor - SEN

Remedy are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour and Learning Mentor to join a school in Epping. This full-time role is perfect for someone passionate about supporting children with special educational needs to achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ASD, helping them develop positive behaviour and learning strategies- Work closely with teaching staff to implement personalised interventions and support plans- Assist in creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment- Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to staff and parents

Requirements:- Experience working with children with ASD or other SEN is essential- Strong communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills- Ability to manage challenging behaviour and maintain a calm, supportive approach- Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or mentoring are desirable
