We are urgently seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a dynamic special educational needs school in Redbridge, starting ASAP. This is a chance to make a significant impact on the lives of students with diverse and complex needs, with the potential for a permanent role. �?

About the Role:As an SEN Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering tailored lessons and supporting students with physical disabilities, learning difficulties, and autism. You will collaborate with a skilled team of support staff to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment. �?

Key Responsibilities:?? Plan and deliver lessons that meet the unique needs of students with SEN, ensuring accessibility and engagement for all.?? Work closely with teaching assistants and specialists to adapt materials and strategies for individual learning plans (IEPs).?? Foster students' independence and confidence through creative teaching methods and supportive interventions.?? Monitor and assess student progress, contributing to the development and evaluation of IEPs.?? Collaborate with parents, carers, and external professionals to ensure holistic support for each student.

What We’re Looking For:?? Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent SEN-specific teaching qualifications.?? Proven experience working with students who have complex needs in a school setting.?? Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families.?? A passion for inclusive education and a commitment to supporting students with SEN.?? Flexibility, creativity, and patience to adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
