About the Role: We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client’s team in Chessington. This varied role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your administrative skills while engaging in hands-on tasks. You will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of their department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, respond to customer enquiries, and provide helpful support
  • Manage paperwork, including filing, photocopying, and creating correspondence
  • Process purchase and sales orders
  • Handle invoices, record financial information, and assist with basic financial record-keeping
  • Maintain records related to managed repair services, keeping track of repairs and their status
  • Assist with the logistics of meetings and events, including setting up meeting rooms, arranging catering, and booking equipment
  • Organise, sort, and manage boxes, ensuring they are readily available
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the office by undertaking other reasonable tasks as required
