Customer Portfolio Administrator - Epsom - £25,000-£27,000 + Incredible Benefits - Hybrid role!

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a knack for building relationships and working independently? We're looking for a Customer Portfolio Administrator to join a small, dynamic team where you'll play a key role in supporting the company's customers and liaising with internal departments like Customer Service, Legal, and more.

This is an ideal position for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for connecting with people across all levels. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting Managers with often complex Lifetime Mortgage administration
  • Supporting Managers and colleagues with all aspects of both pre & post meeting administration, including letter writing, phone calls, emails & identifying & updating relevant data as required.
  • Undertake and support the Managers with research and preparation of all forms of Management Information, including team, management and board reports as necessary.
  • Undertake and support the Manager and colleagues with the administration of Lifetime Mortgage accounts including the provision of any necessary statistical information and an understanding of the legal recovery procedures in line with laid down procedures when redemption of the mortgage is required.
  • Prepare and issue standard or bespoke letters / email responses to Lifetime Mortgage customers as appropriate.
  • Responsible for the ongoing administration and contact strategy for all building insurance mailing including the accurate maintenance of spreadsheets and the society's records as necessary.
  • Assist with the training of colleagues as required.
  • Liaise with and maintain professional business relationships with third parties as required e.g., solicitors & estate agents.
  • Attend Internal or External meetings as required.
  • Undertake any other related tasks requested by the Manager, Customer Portfolio, or his/her Line Superiors.

Skills:

  • Strong accuracy & attention to detail
  • Remain professional, patient & calm under pressure - focussed and able to work independently.
  • Good organisational skills, time management and the ability to prioritise workloads.
  • Good communication skills in all formats (telephone, email, letter, face-face)
  • Demonstrate good use of initiative and confidence in decision making and recommendations.
  • Confidence and ability to create and maintain good relationships and interaction with colleagues & customers.
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt when required.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to research and investigate to collate accurate data from various sources including internet sources.
  • Good Excel skills and experience, with the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and prepare MI including graphs.

About You:You're an admin whiz with a passion for customer service and team collaboration with love for multitasking and spinning multiple plates at one time. You're comfortable working within FCA guidelines independently and within a team and enjoy staying organised while balancing multiple priorities. Bonus points if you've got experience in financial services!
