You'll have had exposure to financial services, insurance or finance in a customer focused or facing role already, and keen to become part of a new team of 5 being put together to take the business forward in their new expansion plans.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Speaking with very valued customers who may be experiencing temporary or on-going financial difficulties.
  • Listening carefully and taking the time to understand their personal situation.
  • Working with them to create realistic and manageable repayment plans.
  • Always aiming for the best outcome for the customer, especially those who may be in vulnerable circumstances.
  • Keeping records up to date and following simple processes and regulations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a financial services environment, ideally with some exposure to arrears, collections, or debt support (but not essential).
  • A genuine desire to help people and the confidence to have sensitive conversations with empathy and understanding.
  • Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised.
  • Comfortable using IT systems and learning new tools.
  • An interest in developing your knowledge of financial regulations (you'll be given support with this).
