IFA Administrator - Fully Remote or Hybrid
Are you a seasoned mortgage or IFA administrator looking for a fresh challenge in a supportive and professional environment?
We’re looking for an Admin Support Co-ordinator to join our growing team. Ideally, you’ll be local enough to join us in the office in Reigate, Surrey, a few days a week but we’re open to remote support for the right experience.
The Role:You'll play a key role supporting our Advisers and ensuring everything we do is compliant, organised, and client-focused. Day-to-day tasks include:

Administering and progressing client applications

Writing professional suitability letters

Liaising with insurance providers, medical professionals, and clients

Managing CRM records and client documentation

Supporting advisers with appointment bookings and trust form processing

Must-have: Prior experience as a Mortgage or IFA Administrator

Strong knowledge of financial services and client management systems (e.g. FLG, iBusiness)

Exceptional communication, organisation and attention to detail

A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to manage time and priorities independently

£26,000 base salary + annual bonus (typically bringing you to ~£28,000 overall)
