IFA Administrator - Fully Remote or Hybrid

Are you a seasoned mortgage or IFA administrator looking for a fresh challenge in a supportive and professional environment?

We’re looking for an Admin Support Co-ordinator to join our growing team. Ideally, you’ll be local enough to join us in the office in Reigate, Surrey, a few days a week but we’re open to remote support for the right experience.

The Role:

You'll play a key role supporting our Advisers and ensuring everything we do is compliant, organised, and client-focused. Day-to-day tasks include:

  • Administering and progressing client applications

  • Writing professional suitability letters

  • Liaising with insurance providers, medical professionals, and clients

  • Managing CRM records and client documentation

  • Supporting advisers with appointment bookings and trust form processing

What You’ll Bring:
  • Must-have: Prior experience as a Mortgage or IFA Administrator

  • Strong knowledge of financial services and client management systems (e.g. FLG, iBusiness)

  • Exceptional communication, organisation and attention to detail

  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to manage time and priorities independently

  • £26,000 base salary + annual bonus (typically bringing you to ~£28,000 overall)
