Vacancy: SALES PROGRESSOR (FULL-TIME or PART-TIME) – Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Stoneleigh, KT17
Salary: OTE £33k
Position: Permanent – Part Time / Full Time
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an established, market leading independent Estate Agency with offices in the Stoneleigh, Surrey area: our client requires a Sales Progressor to support their busy and successful team and to manage a very substantial business pipeline of current sales.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is determined and driven: you must haveprevious experience in residential estate agency or conveyancing and have a full understanding of the property sales process.
You will have fantastic communication skills; be able to work on own initiative and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with Solicitors, mortgage lenders and Estate Agents and report back to the vendors and purchasers.

Skills required for this Sales Progressor (Full-Time or Part-Time) role will include:
- Previous sales progression experience essential
- First class communication skills
