Vacancy: SALES PROGRESSOR– Residential Lettings Agency
Location: Stoneleigh, KT17
Salary: OTE £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, market leading independent Estate Agency with offices in the Stoneleigh, Surrey area: our client requires a full-time Sales Progressor to support their busy and successful team and to manage a very substantial business pipeline of current sales.
This is a perfect role for a candidate with superb estate agency skills but who is keen to have weekends off: The hours are Monday to Friday and the role is office based so no car is required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is determined and driven: you must haveprevious experience in residential estate agency or conveyancing and have a full understanding of the property sales process.
You will have fantastic communication skills; be able to work on own initiative and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with Solicitors, mortgage lenders and Estate Agents and report back to the vendors and purchasers.

Skills required for this Sales Progressor (Estate Agent) role will include:
- Previous sales progression experience essential
