- Identify, pursue, and close new B2B sales opportunities within targeted markets.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement B2B marketing strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the personal safety industry, including trends, technologies, products, and competitors.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Manage a sales pipeline and report on sales performance metrics.
- Establish long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and within relevant industry organisations.
- The ability to ‘close’ opportunities.
- Proven experience in a Business Development, Sales, or relevant role in the B2B sector.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and growth, meet targets, and form strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
