Role: Learning Solutions Partner

Location: Epsom, Surrey

Salary: up to £35k

Our client is a highly successful, financial services provider within the Mortgage and Savings space. They’re looking for a Learning Solutions Partner to join their team at Head Office.

You will be responsible for working within departments to deliver learning and competency best practice through structured and considered learning administration, support, industry/skill delivery, competency monitoring and evaluation

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain departmental competency matrices to identify competency levels and learning gaps
  • Schedule, administer and record group and on the job training
  • Identify learning needs/gaps and provide learning to address any shortcomings.
  • Design, maintain and centralise learning materials
  • Devise and deliver departmental induction/learning programmes
  • Create a trainer support network across teams to aid collaboration, develop trainers’ skills and ensure consistency in approach.
  • Evaluate induction and department learning to identify needs and improve approach

Key skills & experiences required:

  • Excellent coaching & facilitation skills
  • Proven ability to create engaging training material using a range of blended learning methods
  • Ability to approach problems with a logical an analytical mindset, identifying root causes and proposing effective solutions
  • Excellent written, verbal & listening communication skills (ability to explain the complicated simply)
  • Proven ability to collaborate with key stakeholders across different levels and teams
  • Accuracy & attention to detail
  • Ability to conduct training needs analysis
  • Experience of working successfully in a fast paced, telephone customer service environment
  • Experience of working within financial services or a regulated customer service or sales environment (desirable)

This role is based in Epsom five days a week. Salary is dependent on experience and benefits include up to 16% pension contributions, medical cover and performance related bonus.
