Location: Epsom, Surrey
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (Plus 4 hours weekend overtime once a month, paid at 1.5x rate)

About the Role:

From handling accounts to offering product insights (all FCA-compliant, of course), you'll ensure that our customers are not just satisfied, but wowed.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Be the friendly voice that answers calls quickly and professionally, helping customers with their enquiries.
  • Stay on top of the companies ever-evolving product offerings, giving accurate info while following FCA guidelines.
  • Promote products and services in a non-advisory role, focusing on information rather than guidance.
  • Handle a variety of mortgage admin tasks like completions, redemptions, payments, and customer updates.
  • Manage savings accounts, from opening new ones to processing withdrawals and payments.
  • Help maintain customer satisfaction by conducting service checks and analysing feedback.
  • Support mortgage arrears operations and help prepare statistical reports.
  • Keep savings customers happy by responding to account enquiries, both written and over the phone.
  • Manage ISA transfers and keep the processes running smoothly.

About You:
You're an admin whiz with a passion for customer service and a love for multitasking. You're comfortable working within FCA guidelines and enjoy staying organised while balancing multiple priorities. Bonus points if you've got experience in financial services!
