Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Our prestigious client is seeking motivated Customer Service Representatives to join their expanding team in Epsom. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the successful candidates will be integral members of the Customer Service team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in customer service, though training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.

- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently.

- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all products and services offered by the company and its affiliates.

- Answer customer calls promptly and accurately, addressing inquiries effectively.

- Promote the company's products and services to existing customers.

- Manage administrative changes related to customer and account details, including address changes and notice requests.

- Support all aspects of the Registration process in accordance with company procedures.
