  • Based in Epsom
  • Hybrid after probation (1 day WFH)
  • 23 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm
  • Free parking

Job specification:

  • Assist Managers with complex administration.
  • Support all aspects of pre- and post-meeting tasks, including correspondence, phone calls, emails, and updating relevant data.
  • Help with research and preparation of management information, including team, management, and board reports.
  • Prepare and send standard or customised letters and email responses to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.
  • Provide support to colleagues and departments.
  • Assist in training colleagues as needed.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with third parties.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as required.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned.

Person specification:

  • Strong administration experience.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Professional, patient, and calm under pressure; able to work independently.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Effective communication in all formats (phone, email, letter, face-to-face).
  • Confident in decision-making and making recommendations.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Quick to learn new skills and adapt as needed.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research and gather data from various sources.
  • Proficient in Excel, with experience creating and maintaining spreadsheets and preparing MI (including graphs).
