Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting customers with product information, order status, and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Performing day-to-day administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing customer databases.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Requirements:
